South Meeting Room: max occupancy 35 (8 tables and 35 chairs)
North Meeting Room: max occupancy 15 (4 tables and 15 chairs)
Conference Room: max occupancy 8 (conference table and 8 chairs)
Completion of the online forms does not automatically confirm a reservation for a meeting room.
Bookings must be made three days or more in advance. Bookings can only be made 90 days in advance.
Directions for entering the length of a meeting: Meeting requests default to one hour in length. Select the desired and available (green) start time of the meeting in the grid below. If you want to change the one hour default time, change the desired end time by using the dropdown option in the gray area below the meeting room grid. One meeting cannot be longer than four hours.
