Pioneer Paperbacks Book Club & One Book One Nebraska Author Visit In-Person
Inspired by the nearby Sautter Farmhouse and Portal Schoolhouse, travel back in time to the pioneer days every month as we read titles by Willa Cather and friends. This month, enjoy the 2022 One Book One Nebraska selection, The Bones of Paradise by Jonis Agee. We will discuss the novel set in the Nebraska sandhills, then hear from the author herself about her inspiration, writing process, and what it’s like to be a Nebraska author. This book club is hosted in partnership with the Sarpy County Museum and Papillion Area Historical Society.
