Author Visit: Carla Ketner In-Person
Nebraska author and bookstore owner Carla Ketner will share “The Story Behind the Story” about publishing a children’s biography about Ted Kooser, her friendship with the Poet Laureate, and his contributions to Nebraska’s literary tradition.

About the Authors:
Carla Ketner is the former owner of Ted Kooser's home bookstore, Chapters Books & Gifts in Seward, NE. Ted Kooser: More Than a Local Wonder is her debut book.
Ted Kooser is a poet, essayist, and Professor Emeritus of English at The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He served as the U. S. Poet Laureate from 2004-2006, and his book Delights & Shadows won the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for poetry. He lives in Garland, NE.
