Summer Reading Kickoff! In-Person
Join us for a Summer Reading Kickoff event on Sat. June 3rd! Here are activities planned:
- Free lunch (while supplies last) provided starting at noon by Papillion Recreation Department.
- Wildlife Encounters at 11AM and 1PM
- Lawn Games
- Petting Zoo
- Omaha Storytellers
- Papillion Area Historical Society Open House
- Registration for Summer Reading
- Registration for Summer Rec Programs
- Registration for Special Olympics Nebraska Young Athletes Events
- Adult Book Recommendations Booth
- Nebraska Early Development Network Booth and Info
- ViewPointe Vision Booth and SRP Bike Prize
The theme for this year's Summer Reading Program is "All Together Now". Summer Reading will start June 1st and end on July 31st.
Thanks to our partners at the Papillion Area Historical Society and the Papillion Recreation Department for their help with this event!
